​We do offer extended payment plans with only 20% down to secure the project. Typically the most popular payment plan is 20 + 5 payments. 20% of your package is due the day you book and then the remaining balance is broken up into up to 7 additional monthly payments. You also have the choice of when you'd like to pay (on the 1st or 15th) to give you more flexibility to pay for your services.

We primarily work with Wix, but we also offer Shopify integration for e-commerce needs. While we don’t offer website design in WordPress or Squarespace, we’d be happy to transition your website to one of our supported platforms.

Projects are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To book any service as a new client, you’ll complete a New Client Inquiry Form. We’ll review your information and invite you to schedule a free consultation call to discuss project needs. Once we decide if we’re a good fit, we’ll send a detailed proposal, contract, and invoice to reserve your spot on the calendar.

Absolutely. Our main priority is to make sure you feel confident editing your website without needing to depend on a designer. We only work with Wix because we know it’s easy to manage, even for people who aren't as tech-savvy. You can learn more about Wix right here. It requires no coding to manage, and all of our clients have loved using it! At the end of our project, we record a custom Wix training for you so you have a resource to refer back to when you need to update anything.

We appreciate that you trust our services to refresh your current website. At this time, we don't offer maintenance or tweaking to an existing design. We only design fully custom websites, meaning we build sites from scratch. As our design process is custom to you & our in-depth research process, it can be hard to continue a cohesive design using your own or another designer's work. Yes, websites are a monthly investment. You'll need to pay monthly or yearly for the website platform, and register a private domain (URL) every year. Your design package includes your domain registration for one year, but it's usually no more than $20 annually. There might be additional costs if you're looking for extra features, but these are not mandatory to run your website. Usually hosting costs are between $20-$30 a month.

If we are designing a website or systems for you, we do require assets done by a professional brand designer. From working with past clients with low-quality logos or branding with no strategy, it is hard for us to design a website worthy of your brand without a professional brand guideline in place. This is what sets the tone for the entire website, and we will have trouble bringing your vision to life without these in place. If you don't have professional brand assets, we would be happy to develop a brand strategy and visual identity with you!

Of course! Submit your information through our New Client Inquiry Form and if we seem like a mutually good fit, we will send you a link to schedule a call and you can pick a date and time that works best for you. We schedule calls after reviewing your application because we only work with a limited number of 1:1 clients and we don’t want to waste anyone's time if we may not be the right match.

Once your project begins on the discussed starting date, this can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on many factors. This includes the amount of content/pages, features needed, the package chosen, and your timely communication with me during this process.
